Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will play an important supporting role across the sales organization by contributing to prospect engagement, pipeline management, internal coordination, and sales follow-through. Working alongside Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, you will help ensure opportunities move efficiently through the funnel while gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

Support Account Executives in managing active opportunities, preparing for customer interactions, and advancing deals through the sales pipeline.

Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and strong alignment across prospecting and closing activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product, finance, and customer-facing partners, to support sales initiatives and deliver a strong customer experience.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM and other internal systems to support pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.

Assist with outreach, follow-up, meeting coordination, proposal preparation, and other sales-related administrative and execution tasks.

Help monitor pipeline activity, track progress against goals, and contribute to achieving individual and team quotas.

Build a strong understanding of the company’s business model, products, services, customers, and value proposition.

Learn and apply sales methodologies, internal processes, and best practices through training, coaching, and hands-on experience.

Develop trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

0–2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or related support roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working toward performance goals, activity targets, and quota-driven outcomes.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

Coachability, curiosity, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning CRM and sales enablement tools.
