Task/Responsibility

• Creation of business Concept with development of market and customer’s request trend
• Creation of new machine/portfolio ideas ( solution ideas ) .
• Management of distributors /dealers/agents
• Development market with support by distributors/dealers and marketing

• Background

1. Biological/Life Science education background .

• Experience

1. Years’ experience to manage/lead distributors /dealers
2. Understanding well with life Science field .
3. Successful achievement in previous years/previous companies in Life Science business .

• Competency

1. Communication skill to manage/lead distributors /agents as well as speaking towards to media/outside
2. Result Orientation

4. Cooperation attitude /skill

• Leadership

1. Strong leadership for his/herself and business as well as to others ( distributors/dealer )
