🚀 Deine Aufgaben
- Du rüstest Produktionsmaschinen für Sortenwechsel gemäß Artikeldaten um
- Du bereitest variable Maschinenteile auf und setzt sie fachgerecht instand
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle benötigten Teile und Zubehör für kommende Umrüstungen verfügbar sind
- Du führst Arbeitsanweisungen aus dem QM-System zuverlässig durch und dokumentierst diese
- Du fertigst Hilfs- und Betriebsmittel sowie Maschinenteile an oder passt diese in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung an
- Du übernimmst die Wartung und Instandhaltung von Werkzeugen, Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
- Du lebst Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz aktiv vor
- Du erkennst Störungen eigenständig und behebst Fehler an Produktionsmaschinen und Nebenaggregaten
- Du überprüfst und setzt mechanische Komponenten und Anlagenteile instand
Qualifikationen
🎯 Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Verfahrensmechaniker Glastechnik (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
- Erfahrung und technisches Verständnis im Bereich IS-Maschinen
- Grundkenntnisse im Sortenwechsel (Abläufe, Einstellungen, Funktionsweise)
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und großes technisches Interesse
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
