Job Description
As part of the Global Network Team, you will design, deploy, and support the network infrastructure that powers the O-I manufacturing and office environments worldwide. Your responsibilities will include maintaining LAN, wireless, voice, SD-WAN, and SASE solutions, contributing to global technology refresh initiatives, and collaborating with teams across multiple regions.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Implementing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure supporting O-I’s global business
• Troubleshooting network issues to ensure timely resolution and continuity of operations
• Monitoring network performance and availability across O-I locations
• Maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with Global Standards
• Leading network infrastructure projects, including tech refreshes and lifecycle management initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise LAN, firewall, and/or wireless network infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently within a global organization
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining wireless network infrastructure in industrial or office environments, as well as troubleshooting issues with existing wireless systems, will be a strong asset

Hybrid Work Model: We provide a flexible work arrangement, requiring employees to be on-site at our office in Centro Comercial Viva, Envigado for 2 days per week, with the remaining 3 days working from home.
