Within our Digital Marketing & Performance practice, we operate across the full funnel - from building awareness to driving engagement, conversion and long-term value. Ecommerce, brand campaigns and digital experiences all play a key role in that ecosystem.

We’re looking for a versatile Digital Marketeer based in Spain who helps shape how we support clients in the Spanish market—and contributes across delivery, client relationships, and growth opportunities.

 

What you’ll do

You are the connector between clients, strategy, and execution.

· Support the development of proposals and presales materials for new and existing clients

· Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication

· Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects from briefing to delivery

· Create and adapt concepts & copy for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing assets (Spanish + English)

· Follow digital and social media trends in Spain and translate them into client opportunities and ideas

· Collaborate with international teams (strategy, media, design, development) to deliver integrated campaigns

· Support campaign execution across digital channels (social media, paid media, content, email, etc.)

· Contribute to ecommerce, influencer marketing, or performance marketing initiatives where relevant

· Help identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts

You don’t just execute work - you help shape how we grow in the Spanish market.

· Curiosity about digital trends and how brands grow online

· Experience with influencer marketing and/or ecommerce is a strong plus

Qualifications

What you bring

· Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment

· Solid copywriting skills in Spanish and English

· Strong communication and client management skills

· Experience in account management or project coordination in digital environments

· Good understanding of social media, digital advertising, and content ecosystems

· Ability to connect client needs to clear digital solutions and opportunities

· A proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset
