- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Support customer engagement activities
Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Willingness to work with outbound calls
Languages
- Arabic – Native
- English – Intermediate
- Russian – A plus
