Job Description

To provide professional office administration and support at a high standard to the Underground maintenance team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting, Planning and Productivity

  • Assist the Underground Maintenance Department with the collation of documents and correspondence, including word processing, binding, filing, sort and distribute of documents along with general administration requirements.
  • Maintaining rosters and maintenance registers.
  • Reporting hours, tracking of timesheet entries and service sheets.
  • Completing parts requisitions accurately and efficiently, monitoring outstanding purchase orders and addressing invoice queries.
  • Assisting maintenance planner with raising and maintaining plant work orders including downtime entries.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with ordering and monitoring minor consumables through the Pronto system.
  • Coordinating daily data entry requirements.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration is preferred.         
  • Full and Current Driver Licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience within an office support role capacity would be an advantage.
  • A high degree of computer literacy is required.     
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team. 
  • High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
