Job Description
To provide professional office administration and support at a high standard to the Underground maintenance team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting, Planning and Productivity
- Assist the Underground Maintenance Department with the collation of documents and correspondence, including word processing, binding, filing, sort and distribute of documents along with general administration requirements.
- Maintaining rosters and maintenance registers.
- Reporting hours, tracking of timesheet entries and service sheets.
- Completing parts requisitions accurately and efficiently, monitoring outstanding purchase orders and addressing invoice queries.
- Assisting maintenance planner with raising and maintaining plant work orders including downtime entries.
- Assist maintenance personnel with ordering and monitoring minor consumables through the Pronto system.
- Coordinating daily data entry requirements.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration is preferred.
- Full and Current Driver Licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience within an office support role capacity would be an advantage.
- A high degree of computer literacy is required.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
- High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
