Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and detail‑oriented R&D Engineer to join our air to water heat pump development design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing ones to meet market demands.
- Design, oversee the construction, and validate prototypes using various engineering principles and methodologies.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision‑making and product development.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in R&D or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation/modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in Vacarisses, Spain.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for technological advancements.
- Advanced English level, enabling independent technical discussions with international teams.
