R&D Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail‑oriented R&D Engineer to join our air to water heat pump development  design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing ones to meet market demands.
• Design, oversee the construction, and validate prototypes using various engineering principles and methodologies.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision‑making and product development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in R&D or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation/modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Vacarisses, Spain.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for technological advancements.
• Advanced English level, enabling independent technical discussions with international teams.
