Job Description

What you'll do: 

  • Team Leadership & Oversight: Coordinates and reviews a team of Corporate Officers handling legal, administrative, and complex client requests.
  • Corporate & Legal Administration: Manages documentation for account openings, acquisitions, board resolutions, filings, private deeds, incorporations, and liquidations.
  • Client & External Relations: Builds strong partnerships with diverse clients, banks, and external stakeholders to deliver tailored, customer-centric solutions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensures strict adherence to regulations by maintaining robust client files and fulfilling KYC obligations to mitigate risk.
  • Governance & Meetings: Leads board and shareholders' meetings while thoroughly reviewing all related minutes, agreements, and corporate documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelors degree 
  • 7 + years in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law
  • Previous experience as Senior Corporate Officer ideally
  • A proven first experience in supervision or mentoring
  • Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
  • Experienced in handling: acquisition of participation's, board resolutions, incorporation and liquidation of a company, proxies, advanced knowledge of annual reporting law.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg company law is an asset (including financial vehicles, SOPARFI,SICAR,SIF,RAIF)
  • Fluent in English and an additional language would be considered an asset
