Specialist Technician Quality Laboratory

Job Description

- Assists in developing country and internal laboratory work instructions
- Registers new equipment
- Monitors calibration frequencies
- Periodically checks the equipment condition
- Executes calibration internally and coordinates with external service providers
- Executes maintenance needs for the lab equipment internally or by using external service provider or equipment supplier
- Supports Laboratory related reporting
- Ensures compliance to lab KPIs
- Verifies calibration documents provided by external company and check them for approval and requalification
- Performs laboratory tests
- Evaluates results according to customer specifications and LEONI standards
- Informs superiors and relevant teams (quality and production) in case of negative results
- Evaluates requalification tests of production equipment
- Optimizes all the calibration activities to lowest possible costs
- Identifies possible affected material in case of defect Measuring or Test-Equipment

Qualifications

• Level of Education : University degree
• Branch Of Study: all branchs 
• Experience:  1 year of experience Quality 
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & resultorientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competences: Adult Learning Theory/Blended Learning/ELearning Concepts/Skills and Competency Modeling/Training Management /Leadership Development Programs
