This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Eneco’s Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat, working remotely.
• Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
