Strategic Product Management
Insights & Discovery: Synthesize market research and in-game player data into actionable strategies that drive product evolution.
Roadmap Governance: Prioritize high-impact initiatives and manage resources to maintain a high-performing product roadmap.
Operational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional departments—including Engineering, Music, and Art—to ensure efficient feature delivery while maintaining a high quality bar for all releases.
Iterative Analysis: Evaluate feature performance and test hypotheses to refine future roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Talent Cultivation:
Team Mentorship: Elevate the Product team's capabilities through clear goal-setting and direct, actionable feedback.
Organizational Growth: Recruit top talent and foster a collaborative environment that upholds Uplive's core cultural values.
AI Implementation & Efficiency:
Scalable Systems: Design reusable product strategies and collaborate on infrastructure that supports automated, scalable operations.
AI Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends to optimize production workflows and enhance LiveOps efficiency.
Experience: 4-7 years in mobile game or app development, with significant experience in LiveOps and hybrid casual titles.
LiveOps Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and scaling LiveOps systems, including retention strategies and monetization models.
AI Knowledge: Experience implementing AI products or tools to enhance LiveOps and production workflows.
Leadership Experience: At least 1 year in leadership positions, known for building high-performing teams and providing clear direction.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to move from high-level strategy to tactical execution, balancing long-term goals with short-term needs.
Adaptability & Resilience: Skilled at handling ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working in fast-paced environments.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear directives for diverse teams.
Mobile Game & Ad Tech Knowledge: Solid understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem and ad tech.
Passion for Music & Games: Genuine excitement for crafting music-based game experiences that resonate with players.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
