Remote Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with strong Revit drafting experience and rendering capabilities. The role involves recreating and creating floor plans from historical data, modernizing layouts, and producing renders that reflect our design styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and update architectural floor plans in Revit based on historical project data.
• Integrate modernization elements into existing layouts while preserving original context.
• Produce high‑quality architectural renders showcasing multiple design styles.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural Revit drafting.
• Strong rendering skills
• Ability to interpret and recreate floor plans from legacy or historical sources.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to modernization requirements.
• U.S. residential project experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with modular or panelized construction methods is a plus.
• English speaking proficiency.
