Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with prospective customers in the German-speaking market using various digital channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales presentations and digital solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation through to closing deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and feedback.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital sales landscape.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, with strong communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Poland with support provided for relocation.
