As a Dutch Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Eneco's Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with their inquiries related to Eneco's energy products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to the local culture.
