The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking for a Housekeeping Team Leader.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Team Leader or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to train housekeeping staff.
• Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Excellent knowledge in both Greek and English.
• Extensive Knowledge of Opera, Internet, and MS Office applications
• Work permission in Europe
