Security Officer, W Costa Navarino (2026)

Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

W Costa Navarino is seeking for a Security Officer to to ensure the safety for the facility and the guests and associates.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and assist guests’ arrivals.
• Verify, guide & record external contractors and appointments.
• Check & record transportation from / to the resort.
• Recognize and solves issues coming from the interaction with the guests, contractors etc.
• Ensure the normal operation of the Main Gate’s systems.
• Inform immediately regarding VIP arrivals & special categories.
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times.
• Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news

Requirements

• High school Diploma / Associates Degree (IEK) or two years technical certificate / Private Security Personnel Certification Seminar / Other – KEMEA certification
• Knowledge and ability to speak the English language fluently
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Basic knowledge of Greek law legislations
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Patience with ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
