Key Responsibilities
As an Agent in Training, you will:
Drive agency growth by prospecting and converting leads into loyal clients
Conduct engaging sales consultations to offer tailored insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Build and nurture client relationships to optimize retention and referrals
Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets
Stay at the cutting edge of product and sales knowledge through ongoing training
Expertly utilize CRM tools for effective pipeline and relationship management
Participate in goal-driven team meetings and contribute to high-impact agency initiatives
Qualifications
Our ideal Agent in Training exhibits sales passion, ambition, and a hunger to learn. We are seeking candidates with:
1 year or more of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing new business
A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and embrace feedback
Strong organization and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
