Position Requirements:
Previous sales experience or a proven record of achieving goals (required)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Coachable and eager to learn
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by identifying prospects, performing outreach, and converting leads
Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend optimal coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Consistently achieve sales goals to support agency growth
Stay current on insurance products and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Contribute to team meetings and agency sales strategies
