Interim förändringsledare för SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) - 10 månaders kontrakt
Som Interim förändringsledare för SRE hos Belmont Lavan Ltd kommer du att leda förändringsinitiativ kopplade till vår SRE-organisation och arbetssätt. Din roll innefattar att driva och stötta övergången mot förbättrad stabilitet, automatisering och effektivitet i våra system och processer.
Ansvarsområden:
- Planera och leda förändringsprojekt inom SRE-teamet.
- Säkerställa att förändringsinitiativ genomförs i enlighet med strategiska mål.
- Arbeta nära med tekniska team för att driva adoption av nya processer och verktyg.
- Kommunicera tydligt med intressenter på olika nivåer för att skapa förståelse och engagemang.
- Identifiera och hantera risker och hinder under förändringsresan.
- Stötta teamet i att förbättra arbetsmetoder och samarbetsformer.
Kontraktstid: 10 månader
Requirements
Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter:
- Gedigen erfarenhet av förändringsledning, gärna inom IT eller teknikorganisationer.
- Kunskap om Site Reliability Engineering och relaterade arbetsmetoder.
- Starka kommunikations- och ledarskapsförmågor.
- Förmåga att driva förändring i komplexa och dynamiska miljöer.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i tvärfunktionella team och med olika intressenter.
- God svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
- Relevant akademisk examen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
