We are seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our email marketing efforts to the next level.
Role Overview
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns and flows that engage our customers and align with our brand’s voice. You’ll leverage your expertise in Klaviyo and email marketing strategies to build customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support sales, product launches, promotions, and customer retention initiatives. Craft campaign calendars in advance, ensuring content is aligned with broader marketing plans.
- Design and manage automation workflows in Klaviyo, including editing and updating welcome sequences, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns with content and messaging tailored to specific products.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
- Segment audiences based on purchase history, browsing behaviour, and other key data points to deliver personalised and targeted campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per recipient) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimise email subject lines, designs, and content for better engagement.
- Ensure email content reflects the tone, style, and values of our brand while showcasing our furniture collections. Ensure content is accurate for each region.
- Stay informed about trends in email marketing and e-commerce to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations to protect deliverability and brand reputation.

- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Expertise in Klaviyo and its features, including segmentation, automation, dynamic content blocks and reporting.
- A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and analytics.
- Creative flair with excellent written communication skills to craft compelling and on-brand email copy and basic design skills using Figma or Canva.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and their integration with Klaviyo.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for furniture and home design is a plus.
