Team, Customer & Contract Leadership:

- Provide proactive leadership in conflict resolution by addressing team challenges promptly and constructively, fostering a respectful and collaborative environment, and supporting the professional growth of team members through coaching, mentorship, and development planning.
- Act as the primary business leader for the program, overseeing all aspects of execution to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and customer objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Government organizations and customers for all contract and delivery communications.
- Lead all aspects of contract execution, including coordination of contract deliverables, bi-weekly IPRs, and alignment with customer expectations.
- Oversee contract funding execution, including labor, ODCs, and travel expenditures to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
- Monitor and report SLA performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and support AFS Quality Assurance reviews, Past Performance requests, and CPARs (self-input and coordination with the AFS CPARs team).
The Work:
Stakeholder Communications & Information Management:

- Coordinate responses to customer stakeholder data calls and ensure completeness and accuracy of required materials.
- Support the Product Owner in communications related to the cloud platform, providing data inputs into platform artifacts (Release Notes, Service Catalog, Platform Roadmap, FENCES Newsletter, etc.).
- Program Manager leads Mission Enablement and contributes to stakeholder and organizational artifacts, supporting Mission Enablement to own the dissemination of materials to customer community.
Growth:

- Identify and cultivate opportunities for organic growth within the existing contract and adjacent mission areas.
- Coordinate with other AFS teams to align growth initiatives, ensuring unified pursuit strategies and knowledge sharing.
- Support shaping of follow-on acquisition activities, including strategic efforts to advance the program toward a Managed Service Offering posture.
- Develop forward-looking approaches, strengthen customer relationships, and position AFS for continued expansion.
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum Secret clearance with eligibility for up to TS/SCI with CI Poly.
- Experience with project management in federal contracting space.
- Familiarity with cloud computing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, contract types and structures, and budget programming cycles and timelines.
- Experience managing mid-level and junior business and IT personnel.
- Experience with agile software development lifecycle.
Bonus Points If:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong technical aptitude, creativity, communication skills, and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Passion for finding process and product solutions for hard problems at scale and building partnerships to operationalize said solutions in new, undefined spaces.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
