The work
In this role, you will lead and contribute to a delivery team implementing a CyberArk Core Privileged Access Service (PAS) solution within a federal organization. You will apply subject matter expertise to architect a secure, scalable, and compliant PAM solution aligned with organizational needs and zero-trust principles. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and managers across Identity and Access Management (IAM) workstreams, ensuring that the PAM implementation integrates seamlessly with broader security initiatives.
You will guide the team through technical and delivery challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure quality and consistency throughout the engagement. You will also educate stakeholders on best practices, emerging technologies, and effective PAM governance, serving as a trusted advisor on CyberArk and related IAM domains.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a delivery team architecting a CyberArk PAM solution for a complex enterprise operating in a hybrid cloud environment
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and manage expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor by reviewing team deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Advocate for and educate stakeholders on industry-standard best practices in privileged access management
- Stay current on emerging technologies, CyberArk capabilities, and adjacent IAM tools; provide recommendations for adoption
Here’s what you need:
- 8+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS)
- 2+ years of experience managing a team and partnering directly with stakeholders
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Comprehensive knowledge of PAM functions, implementation principles, and role within a zero-trust architecture
- Basic understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and its relationship with PAM
Nice to have:
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification
- Active Secret clearance
- Located in the DC Metro area
Eligibility requirements:
- US Citizen (dual citizens accepted if they hold an active clearance)
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
