We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shift activities, ensuring smooth execution of inbound and outbound processes, and maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and operational discipline.

This is a key position acting as a bridge between the Warehouse Manager and the execution team, with direct impact on performance, efficiency, and service levels.

Location: Jerusalem area (Gush Etzion)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee real-time warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch)

• Distribute tasks and coordinate warehouse staff during shifts

• Monitor SLA adherence and proactively prevent delays or bottlenecks

• Ensure high standards of quality (packing, labeling, scanning accuracy, SOP compliance)

• Resolve operational issues on the floor independently whenever possible

• Supervise inventory-related activities (cycle counts, stock accuracy, process adherence)

• Maintain operational discipline, consistency, and productivity across the team

• Act as a point of contact between management and the warehouse team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations / logistics / similar environment

• 1+ year in a supervisory, team lead, or shift coordination role

• Strong hands-on experience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes

• Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage execution on the floor

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously

• High attention to detail and quality control mindset

• Strong ownership and accountability

• Ability to make fast, practical operational decisions

• Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment

• Working level of Hebrew

• Working level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Priority, Odoo)

• Experience managing shift-based operations

• Background in fast-paced logistics / fulfillment environments

Work Conditions

• Full-time position

• Sunday - Thursday

• Onsite work in Jerusalem area (Gush Etzion)
