Procurement & Supplier Coordination Specialist

We are currently looking for a Procurement & Supplier Coordination Specialist to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Search for new suppliers and products

• Communicate with existing suppliers and build relationships

• Support price negotiations and supplier agreements

• Coordinate purchasing and delivery timelines

• Collect product information for internal teams

• Maintain supplier records and spreadsheets

• Work closely with Product, Operations, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams

• Support day-to-day operational and procurement activities

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or operational coordination

• Proven experience conducting supplier negotiations, including price reduction and commercial terms discussions

• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Priority and/or Odoo - strong advantage)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage procurement processes in a fast-paced operational environment

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Organized and detail-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Excel

• Hebrew - fluent/native

• English - good working level

• Ability to work onsite full-time

• Personal car required

Nice to Have

• Experience in food, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or product-based businesses

• Interest in long-term growth within the company
