Rosaltè is looking for an Export Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across regional Rosaltè, a fast-growing FMCG company in international trade and distribution, is hiring an Export Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across regional markets. This role focuses on achieving targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales activities in regional markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and market insights.
- Represent Rosaltè in regional meetings and trade events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of sales experience (FMCG preferred).
- Experience in regional/international markets is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English (bilingual preferred).
- Results-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
- Willingness to travel regionally when required.
