The Opportunity:
As our sales team continues to grow, we've created a new role Sales Support Coordinator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be the person making things happen. Coordinating activity, bringing structure to moving parts, and making sure our Sales teams can focus on what they do best.
The role is a mix of coordination, operations, and insight. One day you might be pulling together sales meeting agendas or supporting onboarding, the next you’re coordinating a large-scale event or digging into CRM data to spot trends and opportunities.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across our Sales and Marketing teams, and play a key role in making sure everything runs seamlessly.
What you’ll do:
Support Sales leaders by coordinating meetings, agendas, materials and follow-ups
Work with stakeholders to plan and deliver events, from partner briefings through to major conferences and roadshows
Keep the engine room running: supporting onboarding, training logistics and team coordination
Maintain and improve CRM data quality, helping drive better reporting and insights
Analyse activity data to identify trends and opportunities, and feed insights back into the business
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve how the Sales function operates
Note: We're flexible on location for this role. You can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
About you
You’re highly organised, proactive, and someone who takes pride in getting things right.
You’re at your best when you’re juggling multiple priorities, bringing structure to complexity, and helping others succeed behind the scenes. You don’t just wait to be told what to do, you look ahead, spot gaps, and step in.
You enjoy working with people, building strong relationships, and you’re comfortable operating in a high-energy, sales-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience in a coordination, operations or sales support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple teams
Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics preferred, but not essential) and working with data
Solid Excel skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously
Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve how work gets done
Experience in Financial Services is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is your mindset, your ability to deliver, and how you show up.
