What is Expert ROX (Growth & Analytics)?
Expert ROX (Growth and Analytics) will be responsible for leveraging data insights, conducting in-depth analysis, and making insightful decisions to optimize user experiences and drive growth and engagement for ROX App. You will present recommendations for effective user acquisition/retention/engagement to key marketing and other stakeholders.
This position seamlessly integrates data-driven decision-making with a diverse set of product and digital analytics tools, encompassing campaign performance assessment, funnel creation, and detailed user journey mapping to uncover invaluable insights.
The role reports directly to the Stream Head ROX
What does Expert ROX (Growth & Analytics) do?
- Work on growth of Youth oriented ROX App, focusing on acquisition and retention strategies
- Creating and planning a variety of online campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns using optimal media mix of social media, display, YouTube, search, programmatic and publisher platforms for brand building and product promotion
- Work closely with product owners, sales and brands team to develop product promotions, go-to-market strategy and communication for online mediums
- Collecting and analysing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
- Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
- Formulating plans for implementing growth hacking techniques for ROX
- Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
- Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs (MAU, revenue, retention etc) for all digital platforms
- Updating relevant stakeholders on performance of platforms on a weekly basis
- Development of business cases for feature development as well as marketing campaigns
- Target setting, achievement monitoring and tracking performance against respective targets for each month
- Cross-functional coordination with technology, finance, legal, procurement, compliance and external partners

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert ROX (Growth & Analytics) ?
- 2+ years’ experience in product management, digital marketing, segmentation & analytics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. [ Master is a plus ]
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase, Bigquery, Excel, Mix Panel etc will be a plus
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience in managing contracts, finance processes, budgeting, procurement processes, invoicing cycles, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, and external partners
