Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential finfluencers and financial ecosystem partners within the target market, assessing audience quality, content style, and brand alignment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and business partners, continuously exploring collaboration opportunities and affiliate referrals.
- Collaborate with the content team and KOLs to co-create content, ensuring accurate and effective communication of investment concepts, brand values, and product usage scenarios.
- Develop KOL collaboration plans aligned with acquisition targets, track campaign performance, and continuously optimize ROI.
- Handle partnership negotiations and contract execution, balancing mutual interests and driving successful collaborations.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of experience in KOL/influencer collaboration, business development, or channel partnerships. Preferable with experience within fintech, financial services, or stockbroking firms.
- Preferable candidates with self stock trading or stock investment experience.
- Outgoing and socially driven personality, with the ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and business partners, as well as manage and attend both online and offline events.
- Familiarity with major content and social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
- Experience in contract negotiation and commercial partnership management.
- Strong content judgment and understanding of content quality, audience engagement, and brand alignment.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to evaluate collaboration ROI and identify high-value partnerships.
- Experience working in an MNC environment will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Moomoo products and services will be an added advantage.
- Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Language proficiency in English, Malay is a must, while Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous.
- Passing an internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period is mandatory (training will be provided).
