Responsibilities
-Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation new logo campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for our global mid-market segment
-Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal team members, and keeping on-track with key deadlines
-Plan and execute our new logo mid-market focused demand gen webinar program, including overall communications with speakers, technical setup, promotion strategy, and scheduling dry-runs and live hosting
-Strategize and execute email nurtures to progress mid-market top-funnel leads to MQL for handoff to SDRs
-Develop and manage marketing strategy with consideration for multiple sales channels (i.e. direct sales, channel partners, and strategic partners)
-Assist with tracking and execution of conferences and field events, and promotion to drive meetings and engagement at the event
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
-Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
-Develop regional approach to demand generation plans, aligned to regional marketing-sourced pipeline goals for Mid-Market
-Align with SDRs on results of marketing campaigns and activities, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
-Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
-Document processes in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Confluence for transparency, document project management in Monday.com
Qualifications
-Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management, with hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing programs.
-Industry Knowledge: Preferred background in SaaS, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or enterprise technology marketing.
-Campaign Execution: Proven ability (or aptitude) to build, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, and content syndication.
-Hustle-and-determination: a drive to constantly improve both yourself and your peers. We are seeking a go-getter. Able to prioritize competing tasks, self-directed, a bias for action.
-A Can-Do Attitude: nothing is impossible with some creativity and flexibility
-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
-Analytical Skills: Strong interest, and aptitude to learn, marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting.
-Collaboration: Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and operations teams.
-Content & Messaging: Ability to align campaign messaging with buyer personas, customer pain points, and business objectives to drive engagement and conversion.
-Tools: Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM Analytics), and paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
-Channel Knowledge: Understanding of multiple sales channels (i.e. direct sales, channel partners, and alliance partners) preferred
