Integrated Marketing Manager – TV/Radio & Lead Generation

Window Nation is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive lead generation performance across a portfolio of markets.
This is a B2C, direct-response marketing role focused on generating leads, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on marketing investment.
This is not a digital-only marketing position and is not a brand marketing role.
We're looking for someone with recent, meaningful experience managing TV and/or radio advertising alongside digital marketing, who understands how to optimize performance across multiple channels and multiple markets simultaneously.
You will be responsible for analyzing market performance, reallocating budgets, managing vendors, and identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Managing integrated campaigns across TV, radio, digital, events, direct mail, and third-party lead vendors
- Managing marketing performance across multiple markets
- Optimizing lead generation programs to improve ROI and lead quality
- Monitoring channel performance and reallocating spend as needed
- Identifying and correcting underperforming campaigns, vendors, and markets
- Partnering with Analytics, Sales, Creative, Digital, Events, and PR teams
- Managing budgets and ensuring spend is aligned to performance goals
- Supporting marketing strategy for new market launches
- Have managed TV/radio as part of an integrated media strategy
- Have owned direct-response lead generation programs
- Can diagnose and fix issues such as low lead quality, low close rates, and underperforming channels
- Have managed marketing budgets and made spend allocation decisions
- Are comfortable managing multiple markets simultaneously
- Enjoy using data to make decisions and improve results
- You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: home Improvement, Home Services, HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Remodeling, Windows & Doors, Local Media (TV/Radio Groups) and/or Multi-location Consumer Businesses
- Your experience is primarily B2B marketing
- Your background is primarily digital marketing with little or no TV/radio experience
- You focus primarily on brand awareness rather than lead generation performance
- You have not owned budget allocation or performance outcomes
- You have not managed marketing across multiple markets or locations
