The Position
This role is to develop, execute, and innovate the organisation’s social media content. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media and is consistently engaged with culture and trends in the media with a strong eye for content. This individual has an exceptional talent for content end to end execution and is able to translate strong visuals to results that meet the business needs. s. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing social media content strategies, creating engaging content, and coordinating our brand's online presence across relevant social media platforms for Showpo and @thelazyceo, assisting the wider brand team where required. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, campaign/creative ideation, possesses strong writing and visual content creation skills, and stays up-to-date with the latest trends in social marketing.

Staying up to date with technology, social trends, fashion and culture.

Ongoing ‘quality control’ on social posts, copy and best in class execution.

Encompass the ‘voice of the brand’ through storytelling through social media assets.

Understanding social media performance and optimising our posts based on what’s performing well for each channel.

Conducting industry research for culture, social, tiktok and fashion trends and proactively recommend new and innovative ideas

Research and keep up with current TikTok trends and proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our own content creation.

Analysing & executing on relevant reporting and coming up with innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all channels.

Ideate and execute social content references for key brand content pillars

Update content banks daily and file in relevant folders for team access

Support the wider brand team where needed

Minimum 1+ years experience in social media execution. (Fashion experience preferable)

Strong understanding & ability to navigate across all social media platforms.

Experience with Tiktok, iphone video editing softwares & adobe.

Strong Video editing skills for both social media and campaign.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
