  • Board & Governance Support: Prepare board materials, resolutions, fund governance documentation, and related legal memoranda.

  • Execution & Coordination: Prepare documents for execution and coordinate signature collection with internal and external stakeholders.

Legal Operations, Employment Support & Project Management

  • Workflow & Project Management: Track deliverables, maintain timelines, and support coordination across legal workstreams and strategic initiatives.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to legal operations initiatives, including template standardization, playbook development, workflow enhancements, and technology implementation projects.

  • Employment & Litigation Support: Assist with employment-related matters, internal reviews, outside counsel requests, litigation holds, and document collection.

  • File & Records Management: Maintain matter files, support scheduling and deadlines, and ensure accurate recordkeeping across legal matters.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with attorneys, business stakeholders, IT, and external service providers to improve legal processes and operational efficiency.
