Our client is a business owner operating in an international environment with a dynamic lifestyle and a broad range of business and personal responsibilities.

Due to increasing workload, we are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant who will become a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, logistics, scheduling, and confidential matters.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant who will support both business and personal activities of the principal and family.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, high emotional intelligence, and absolute confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business and personal calendars
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Organize international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Book flights, hotels, transfers, and restaurants
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation
  • Coordinate family schedules and personal activities
  • Organize private events and family trips
  • Coordinate household staff and external vendors
  • Support property-related matters and service providers
  • Manage purchases, gifts, reservations, and personal requests
  • Assist with visas, residency permits, relocations, and immigration processes
  • Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare arrangements
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive communications
  • Independently solve operational and logistical challenges

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • English B2+ or higher
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • High level of responsibility and discretion
  • Experience working directly with business owners or executives
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using AI tools and productivity platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or HNWIs
  • Experience working in international environments
  • Knowledge of UAE administrative processes
  • Russian, Arabic, or additional European languages
  • Experience coordinating household staff
  • Experience managing relocation and immigration processes
