Requirements

Experience in iGaming industry
Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles is considered an advantage
Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools is a plus
Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
Basic understanding of payments, providers and platform integrations is considered an advantage
English level: B2 or higher
Russian language is required

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with assigned platform clients
Track and coordinate ongoing client requests, issues and follow-ups
Work closely with Support, Product, Payments and Providers teams
Monitor task statuses and ensure timely client updates
Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
Participate in regular syncs and operational meetings with clients
Escalate critical issues when necessary
Support client retention and long-term relationships
Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities
Maintain clear visibility of client-related operational activities after launch
