What you'll bring
- A photography & cinematography eye to the work.
- Demonstrated experience capturing gameplay footage for marketing purposes on AAA or mid-to-large-scale game productions.
- Deep knowledge of game capture tools, hardware, and best practices, including the ability to navigate in-development builds and work with
unstable software environments.
- Strong understanding of what makes gameplay footage compelling to different player audiences (core gamers, genre fans, casual audiences).
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to bridge technical and creative conversations between development teams and marketing stakeholders.
- Comfortable with video editing and the ability to produce short-form edits when needed.
- Passion for games and genuine curiosity about the game in development; you will be expected to play and understand the game thoroughly.
- Experience working within game development studios.
Bonus Modifier
- Prior experience supporting marketing campaigns for systemic open-world games.
- Familiarity with D&D lore or Wizards of the Coast IP.
- Experience working with or alongside external creative agencies on trailer production
