We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is both technically strong and customer-oriented, with a passion for advanced technologies and delivering real business value.
Your Impact:
As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert across our technologically advanced solutions, products, and services. You will partner closely with Sales, Project Managers, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and all supporting documentation required for sales opportunities.
- Lead technical demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and support Project Managers throughout technical project milestones.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions and identify key business challenges, use cases, and value opportunities.
- Build and present comprehensive technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support opportunity development and solution design.
Desired Background & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Engineer.
- Experience and understanding of Intelligence and Cyber solutions – advantage.
- Background or affiliation with the defense industry – advantage.
- Experience working with fusion systems / big data platforms - advantage.
- Proven experience writing and structuring technical solutions for RFI/RFP/tenders and quotations.
- Successful experience working directly with customers in technical or presales environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- A self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly driven, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in daily work.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
