Job Purpose:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical and leading role in ensuring world-class standards across our manufacturing processes, directly impacting industries like mining, recycling, and food processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across manufacturing projects and routine production
- Develop, implement and supervise robust inspection and testing processes
- Drive quality improvements using tools like 8D, root cause analysis, and 7 QC tools
- Handle customer inspections, audits, and quality documentation (QAP, reports, etc.)
- Collaborate with suppliers and conduct vendor quality audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
- Mentor and guide quality inspectors and technicians
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing setting
- Strong expertise in NDT, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and solve complex quality issues
- Strong English communication and supervisory/managerial skills
