At Listo, we partner with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead who will ensure our clients get incredible value from day one, building long‑term relationships and driving growth.
- Own client onboarding and make it seamless from day one
- Build strong, proactive relationships with operations teams at major venues
- Monitor account health and act before problems arise
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and drive them to closure
- Collect client feedback and share insights with the product team
- Create playbooks and documentation that scale success
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Skilled at using AI tools to stay organized, automate follow‑ups, and gain insights from data
- Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before clients ask
- Strong communicator, comfortable with both stadium ops managers and C‑suite executives
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management
- Familiarity with CS platforms like Intercom or similar tools
- Track record of driving expansion revenue
