Mechanical Engineer - Construction Projects

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take on a key role in our construction projects.

As part of our site team, you will be hands-on in the field, overseeing and coordinating mechanical installations across active construction sites. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, tackling real-world technical challenges and ensuring that mechanical works are delivered to specification, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University level – AEI)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 years in on-site construction roles
• Strong command of technical drawings and design tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, 4M or equivalent software
• Ability to design, review and optimise mechanical installations
• Proven experience in site supervision, coordination and resolution of technical issues in the field
• Strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to perform under pressure
• Genuine appetite for continuous learning and professional development

Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial, commercial or hospitality projects
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (KENAK, ELOT, etc.)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Energy Inspector, Safety Coordinator, etc.)
