About the Role Eagle's Landing Periodontics - Georgia
Eagles Landing Periodontics is seeking a professional, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing periodontal team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who is comfortable working in a specialty environment and values collaboration, efficiency, and high-quality patient care.
The hygienist will work closely with the periodontist and clinical team to support periodontal maintenance, patient education, and treatment-focused hygiene care.

Responsibilities
- Perform periodontal maintenance and dental prophylaxis procedures
- Conduct periodontal charting and clinical assessments
- Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
- Assist in identifying and discussing treatment needs with patients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient flow and care quality
Requirements
- Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license
- Local anesthesia certification (if applicable by state requirements)
- Strong periodontal knowledge and patient communication skills
- Comfortable working in a specialty periodontal environment
- Experience with periodontal maintenance and SRP preferred
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
