Now we are looking for a Communications Project Manager. From internal updates to media outreach - you’ll be the key person driving communication across CityBee, MyBee, and the broader Modus Group.

As Communications Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading communication planning and delivery across formats and channels
• Working closely with leadership at CityBee, MyBee, and across Modus Group to ensure consistent messaging
• Creating content for public and internal use, including press releases, newsletters, and social media
• Collaborating with marketing teams to support and align campaign communications
• Managing stakeholder engagement and evaluating communication outcomes
• Handling crisis communication when necessary
• Coordinating with PR agencies and other external partners

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience as a Communications Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally within an agency or large organization
• Be confident managing large-scale, complex communication projects across multiple formats and channels
• Know how to collaborate effectively with business leaders, turning their insights into impactful communication
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a high level of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bring a creative and proactive mindset, with the drive to make things happen and ensure key messages land with the right audience.
