1. Regional Market Strategy & Team Leadership: Responsible for the market business layout within the designated region, and leading the team to achieve company objectives.
2. Localized Marketing & Brand Awareness: Formulate effective localized marketing plans and goals, and enhance local brand awareness and influence through channel operations to achieve sales targets.
3. Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market expansion, research, and summary analysis, while managing sales data analysis—including products, markets, competitor analysis, and customer credit information.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, implement graded customer management, and conduct credit, qualification, and financial capability audits for external clients.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Manage and coordinate cross-functional tasks, including sales order delivery, slow-moving inventory management, invoicing, pricing, and other related operations.
Requirements
1. Bilingual Communication: Fluent in daily communication in either Chinese-Thai or English-Thai (Essential).
2. Interpersonal & Client Management Skills: Mastered interpersonal communication and effective customer-handling techniques.
3. Analytical Mindset: High sensitivity to data with strong analytical capabilities.
4. Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
5. Sales Networks: Possession of established sales resources and industry networks.
