We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Bangkok branch. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about recruitment, business development, and building high-performing teams.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping the future success of the branch.
If you are a natural leader with strong commercial sense and a hands-on mindset, this role is for you.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in a permanent recruitment firm
- At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Results-driven, proactive, and strong leadership mindset
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business and revenue targets
•Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
•Design and implement sales and recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
•Monitor recruitment pipeline, revenue performance, and key KPIs
•Identify new business opportunities and market trends
•Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
•Prepare and present branch performance reports and market insights to senior management
