We are hiring a real estate operator who has already:
✔ Led agents at scale
✔ Driven accountability + production systems
✔ Recruited and developed agents
✔ Built culture inside a brokerage/team environment
✔ Managed performance, not just personal production

This role is focused on:

• Agent production leadership (~80%)

• Recruiting & market growth (~20%)

• Culture building

• Pipeline accountability

• Market expansion support

📍 Orlando = established 55-agent market needing optimization + leadership presence

Requirements

Ideal background:

• Managed 20+ agents directly
• Led $50M+ in annual production
• Experience with eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc.
• Strong KPI + conversion management mindset
• High-accountability leadership style

This is NOT:
❌ A solo producer role
❌ A hybrid sales/leadership role
❌ A remote “coach” role
❌ A salaried corporate position

1099 Independent Contractor (No Base Salary)

💰 ~$12K–$40K+/month based on market performance

Orlando is a mature market, so earnings are more consistent earlier with faster path to scale.
