We are NOT hiring a producing agent.
We are hiring a real estate operator who has already:
β Led agents at scale
β Driven accountability + production systems
β Recruited and developed agents
β Built culture inside a brokerage/team environment
β Managed performance, not just personal production
This role is focused on:
β’ Agent production leadership (~80%)
β’ Recruiting & market growth (~20%)
β’ Culture building
β’ Pipeline accountability
β’ Market expansion support
π Orlando = established 55-agent market needing optimization + leadership presence
Requirements
Ideal background:
- Managed 20+ agents directly
- Led $50M+ in annual production
- Experience with eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc.
- Strong KPI + conversion management mindset
- High-accountability leadership style
