We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who thrives in high-velocity commercial construction environments. This role is ideal for a strong project leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive timelines aggressively, and confidently oversee field operations across various locations.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics
- Manage multiple concurrent commercial projects in different phases
- Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and subcontractors
- Travel to active job sites approximately 50% of the time
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive timelines
- Background in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-volume construction environments
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Experience with project management software (Procore preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
