As a Polish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic support to Polish-speaking players via multiple channels, including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve player issues promptly and effectively.
• Collect and relay player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.
• Contribute to updating support documentation and knowledge base resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach towards players.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
