Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with online banking inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when handling customer concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with banking products and service standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your application.
- A minimum B2 level in English
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in banking customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; full relocation expenses covered by the company.
