Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Lithuanian-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to payment processing efficiently.
- Offer training and comprehensive support on payment platform features to clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with technical teams to solve complex client problems.

Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English required.
- Include nationality and native language in application.
- Experience in customer support or fintech/payments preferred.

- Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
