Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking clients with questions and issues related to online payment platforms.
- Resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to clients on using payment platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address complex client issues and improve service quality.

Requirements
- Proficiency in both Italian and English languages is mandatory.
